How long does a Jumping session last?
A Jumping session lasts 60 minutes. We spend about 40 minutes doing a high-intensity cardio workout on the trampoline. This is followed by 15 minutes of strength training and a relaxing stretching session to cool down.
How long does a TRX session last?
A TRX session lasts 45 minutes. The first 10 minutes are dedicated to warm-up exercises, either on the TRX or off it. Then, we proceed to an intense 30-minute strength workout. The session ends with stretching, which can be done with or without the TRX.
Is Jumping Fitness suitable for beginners?
Yes! Jumping Fitness is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Our instructors provide variations for beginners and advanced participants, allowing everyone to train at their own pace.
Can I participate if I have knee or back problems?
Generally, yes, because the trampoline is gentle on the joints. However, we recommend consulting a doctor before your first session and informing the instructors about any health issues.
Do I need prior knowledge or a certain fitness level to participate?
No, our classes are open to everyone! You can start at any time, whether you're athletic or haven't exercised in a long time.
Are there any age restrictions for the training?

How often should I do Jumping to see results?
Even one hour of Jumping per week brings health benefits: It strengthens the cardiovascular system, muscles, and bones, promotes mental well-being, and improves cognitive functions like concentration and memory. For visible changes and weight loss, we recommend at least 150 minutes of training per week.

- Clean sports shoes for the trampoline to avoid damaging the jumping mat. Street shoes are not allowed.
